VOA Northern Rockies has announced the closing of its HIV and Ryan White programs, effective June 2, 2025. With recent reductions in state and federal funding, these critical community programs will transition to new providers, allowing for a more efficient delivery of services to individuals and families in need across the Black Hills.

Effective Monday, June 2, 2025, the Ryan White program will move to Heartland Health, located at 2834 Jackson Blvd, Suite 102, Rapid City, SD 57702. Individuals seeking HIV or STI testing are encouraged to reach out to local services:
