Volunteers of America has transitioned to an online work order submission process. Please use the links to submit a work order.

While all departments will respond within two business days, please respect the following lead time requests so that work can be scheduled and completed in accordance with your individual needs.

• For property and grounds, they try to turn tickets the same day, but there are times when parts or other issues cause delays. They strive to close all tickets in 24-48 hours.
