Counseling and Psychiatric Services

Volunteers of America offers counseling and psychiatry services at four locations across southeastern Wyoming. For individuals struggling with their mental health, these services can have a huge impact on day-to-day life. Our continuum of care covers a wide variety of mental health services, from group therapy to psychosocial rehabilitation, which aims to help clients with serious and persistent mental illness find meaningful employment or community activities with a focus on independent living skills. This continuum allows us to customize our counseling and psychiatric services for each of our individual clients.

We welcome clients of any age, and have staff who are trained in youth and geriatric mental health services. We also offer family therapy with our youth counselors, for parents and children who need assistance working through their family dynamics.

If you are in need of mental health services, you are not alone. The first and most important step in working towards a better life is to ask for help. If you are ready to get started, please see our first steps. If you are still unsure, please explore our FAQs, or reach out for more information.
