Mr. Sousa has over thirty years of general business experience ranging from executive management in the retail and manufacturing of men’s and women’s clothing to founding and running his own retail and manufacturing companies. He founded and developed an award winning national catalogue company with annual sales of twenty million dollars. He also designed, created and developed in Europe and the U.S., neckwear, footwear, and gift item “private label” programs for major department stores including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s. Mr. Sousa entered the telecommunications industry in 1992 and founded FCN Worldwide, a pre-paid telephone services concept for migrant workers in a switchless service environment. Next he raised the initial capital for the facility based telecommunications provider, Carrier Concepts International, Corporation and subsequently served as its CEO. Subsequently Mr. Sousa founded Boundless Media, LLC, a media publisher, delivering media-rich interactive BlendedMedia tm and VVD tm magazines via the background of a subscriber’s internet surfing time. In 2002, Mr. Sousa founded with two partners, Trinity Venture Group, LLC, a company dedicated to producing and marketing “stored-value ATM and DEBIT cards to the primarily unbanked community. In 2007, Mr. Sousa formed Sousa & Company, Inc. to pursue entrepreneurial ventures.
