Community Enhancement
By acting as a safety net for individuals and families in need, Volunteers of America offers assistance programs to a variety of individuals and families, as directed by the respective program guidelines. These programs work to strengthen and enhance the communities served, based on the concept that we all benefit from helping those in need. These community enhancement programs include: information and referral, food and prepared meals, and collaborations with the faith-based community.
