Aspen Grove is a two-story, HUD 202 PRAC subsidized complex for those individuals or their spouse age 62 or older who meet income requirements. The community includes 64 unfurnished one-bedroom apartment homes with full-sized stoves and refrigerators. Each apartment home has heat and air conditioning controlled by the individual resident. We have an elevator and a laundry room with washers and dryers at no charge for the convenience of our residents.
In addition, we have a large community room for gatherings, meetings, celebrations, potlucks and other activities. Our library/craft room is also available for recreational and educational programs.
Aspen Grove has a Community Administrator who lives on-site and oversees the administration, maintenance and repair of the building and grounds.
- Income Limits: Single $22,500, Couple $25,700
- The individual or their spouse must be at least 62 years of age
- Rent is based on a resident’s adjusted gross income at approximately 30%, which is calculated by subtracting approved medical expenses from their income.
